Fall 2012/Spring 2013 breedings ancipated

Since every single girl in the house went into heat at the same time a month ago, we can actually do a decent job of anticipating the heat cycles and scheduling things (a blessed relief!).

Summer/Fall 2012:

FOR ABSOLUTELY SURE, pending health testing:

Friday x Ch. Pecan Valley Shakespeare N’Luv, puppies merle and black, no fluffs

FOR MOSTLY SURE:

Juno x Ch. Redbud’s That Dishy Vicar, puppies red and brindle and black, no fluffs

IF I AM INSANE:

Harper x Somebody, likely all blacks, question mark on fluffs

Spring 2013:

FOR ABSOLUTELY SURE, as long as she’s healthy and happy:

Daisy Poppy x Vicar or one of his sons, puppies red and brindle, question mark on fluffs

FOR MOSTLY SURE ASSUMING I DIDN’T DO IT IN THE FALL:

Harper x Somebody (same somebody as above)

Whew! This lineup has taken a year to get in place, but now you know all our secrets :). Hoping for a fantastic litter in a couple of weeks and eagerly awaiting white boxes in another five months or so!

  1. It’s so exciting to hear about this so far ahead of schedule (especially after your last post)! I’m really glad to know that you’re definitely planning breedings for Fall(ish) and next Spring. I died a thousand tiny deaths of despair each time you posted about the pups from your last litters, because I would LOVE a pup from you and am absolutely not at the right stage in my life for it right now. I’m starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel though – I should be able to finish my Ph.D. this summer, so I can finally move down the same state as my husband and settle into life and a new job there, and by late fall or spring I can FINALLY think about getting a dog!
